I won’t shop here again

I used to buy from them online for years and never had an issue, till July of this year. They oversold items and didn’t refund until I called asking where my items were after 2 weeks of zero shipment notice. Then after 3 weeks they finally shipped my order but when it got here it was incomplete beyond what they had told me it would be when I called. Worst is they didn’t respond to any of the emails i sent inquiring about my missing item nor did they refund. I had to contact my CC company. There are so many complaints online about the same thing happening to other people and we’ve written to them on social media and they are NOT addressing the concerns. I will never buy here again.

Loyal customer… no more.

I think some of the reviews on here might have the wrong company, as they’re talking about items this company doesn’t even sell.

Anyways, I’ve been a customer for years, and half my closet is probably from this website. But honestly, that’ll be changing. They take FOREVER to ship… Im in Illinois and get orders from the UK faster than I do from California?! Also, probably the last three orders have arrived incomplete because they sold me something they didn’t actually have in stock. Pay VERY close attention to your orders because if they oversell, they won’t notify you and refund your money… they’ll simply just not ship your item and wait for you to ask for your money back. Very bad business practice.
Also the sizes are all over the place. I have probably a dozen UV brand dresses that all fit great and then I’ll buy one that is easily two sizes smaller than the advertised size. The sizing charts don’t mean anything. Bought a dress that said 34” waist and there’s no way it’s over 28”, but can’t return (it was on clearance) even though i only bought it due to false advertising. It’s just so frustrating to shop from here anymore. I’m done.

Terrible quality clothing

Terrible quality clothing. Worse than Wish. Out of 5 things I ordered, 4 were completely unwearable. One was falling apart right out of the bag. And I bought them on sale so I can’t return or get a refund. I’m decent at sewing so I’m going to try to fix them myself, but for the price point this is shockingly bad.

Scam.company

Lollies vintage or 'unique vintage' as its called here is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Paid for a dress I saw on their website for 160 euro. It was delivered with threads and beads hanging off very bad quality. I was assured on the phone I'd get a refund and given an address to post it to in Tallaght.i paid for tracking post and know it was delivered back on 17th June. Assured 5-7 days for refund and I'm still chasing it. Will be taking this further. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOLLIES VINTAGE......SCAM

Done with UV

So disappointed with Unique Vintage. I ordered 5 items during their summer sale and some of the items were complete garbage. Fabric so sheer it was completely see through. When I tried to return they are saying all items sold during the summer sale are considered final sale. My order confirmation does not say any of my items are final sale but they are refusing to abide by their own return policy. The items in question are still on their website and they are still not listed as final sale. So sad, I've shopped with them for a while now but I never will again.

Don't order from here

Don't order from here, especially if you aren't in the USA as whether or not it is not as advertised, faulty, not faulty, it won't matter you will have to return it and pay for the return yourself which is not how distance selling is supposed to work by law.
They ask for numerous photos of problems and then despite not being as pictured they say that it isn't defective, but apparently I can still pay a fortune to send it across the Atlantic. Well, after reading the comments on how they charge restocking fees and the item being overpriced for what it turned out to be anyway I have decided to keep it and hope that I can do something to make it fit better myself.
Lesson learned though. I will always check out the reviews before buying.
I also notice that the shop has never written back to any of these people who have put reviews on here which to me shows a lack of caring for the customer.

Absolutely do not shop here

Completely terrible customer service. They knowingly sent me a torn dress - I know this as they have visibly attempted and failed to patch it. Despite this, they demanded that I pay to return it. So they send me something not fit for purpose and then make me pay to return.
On top of that the response times are dire. I can't even establish a dialogue with them because they take a week to reply each time and you have to return within 30 days.
On top of this part of my order just never arrived and I had to fight about that as well.

Slow returns

They have great clothing but are lacking in the return handling department. If you have to return anything, just know that it will be 14 business days at least before they get to it.

Not ordering from again

I’ve ordered from them 3x. The first time they returned my order after not shipping it for a month. Then I did two pre orders that I put for delivery. It’s been 3 weeks without anything. I messaged them only for them to say “oh you picked the pick up option! We can send it out for X money” when I was like what??? I already paid shipping and for it to be sent to my home!!! After this I’m not ordering from them again

Slowest turn around ever!

They still haven't shipped my order and it's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered. Order 1002898. I contacted customer service three times to see when my order will be shipped as I needed a dress for a wedding in a week. I thought for sure 2-3 weeks would be enough time since their standard shipped says it will be delivered in 7-14 business days. 14 business days is almost 3 weeks! We're almost at that point and still nothing has shipped! I kept getting a cookie cutter response that a separate email will be sent when my order has shipped. Asked if I could upgrade to faster shipping, pay the difference and have them pick my order asap, still a cookie cutter response that nothing can be changed or modified once an order is placed. Either they have draconian policies or a really crappy order processing system. I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

Are the dresses true to size?

A:

I would say yes. I got the 2X and am a size 16 with 38DDD chest. The dress I got fit very well.

I've had good experiences with the dresses being true to size. They do offer a full refund within 30 days or you can exchange the dress for another size. Sometimes the dresses are in UK sizes so you need to compare the UK size to the US size.
